Surron Light Bee 2 Front Rotor & Fork Guard V2

The EBG Front Rotor & Fork Guard V2 for the Surron Light Bee 2 does two jobs in one part: it protects the front brake rotor and it protects the lower fork leg. On the Light Bee 2 the front disc and the bottom of the fork leg sit right where rocks, roots, ruts and crashes hit first – a bent rotor means a pulsing lever and rubbing pads, and a gouged fork leg can damage the caliper mount and lead to costly fork repairs. This guard covers both.

It is CNC-machined in-house from 7075-T6 aerospace aluminum, finished with genuine carbon fiber inlays and fastened with titanium bolts. The vented open-frame profile keeps air flowing across the disc so your brakes stay cool on long descents.

Dual Protection: Brake Rotor + Fork Leg

• Brake rotor protection – shields the 220mm / 240mm front disc from rock strikes, stumps and crash impacts that bend or warp the rotor.
• Fork leg protection – covers the lower fork leg and caliper mount area, taking the hit instead of your fork when you drop the bike or clip a rock.
• One bolt-on part – both areas protected without extra brackets or drilling.

Rotor Size Compatibility – 220mm Stock & 240mm

Built specifically around the Surron Light Bee 2 stock front fork and caliper mount. This guard is compatible with both the 220mm stock front rotor and the 240mm oversize front rotor – one guard, no size selection needed.

Installation Notes

• Bolts directly onto the Surron Light Bee 2 front fork using the included titanium hardware.
