Effective August 24, 2026

E-Bike Garage provides the following 30-Day Limited Warranty for EBG-branded products. This warranty is separate from our 30-day return policy.

1. Warranty Coverage

E-Bike Garage warrants to the original retail purchaser that an EBG-branded product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for 30 calendar days from the carrier-recorded delivery date.

Proof of purchase is required. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Products manufactured by another brand are covered by that manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Any longer product-specific warranty clearly stated on a product page will take precedence.

2. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers a confirmed manufacturing defect affecting the normal function, structural integrity or safe operation of an EBG-branded product.

If a covered defect is confirmed, E-Bike Garage may, at its option:

  • Repair the defective product or component;
  • Replace it with the same or a functionally equivalent product; or
  • Refund the purchase price of the affected product if repair or replacement is not reasonably available.

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear or expected replacement of consumable items, including brake pads, rotor friction surfaces, belts, chains, bearings, seals, hoses, fluids, fasteners, anodized coatings, paint or cosmetic finishes;
  • Incorrect product selection or fitment;
  • Damage caused by improper installation, torque, bleeding, adjustment, maintenance or use;
  • Accidents, crashes, impacts, abuse, overloading, corrosion, water intrusion or chemical exposure;
  • Damage caused by incompatible components, unauthorized modifications, excessive voltage or heat;
  • Damage caused by a third-party part or repair;
  • Racing, competition, stunt, rental or commercial use unless the product page expressly states that the product is designed for that use; or
  • Labor, installation, removal, vehicle downtime or other incidental costs, except where required by applicable law.

A manufacturing defect in a wear item may still be covered if the defect existed before installation or was not caused by normal wear. Using an independent repair service or third-party component does not, by itself, void this warranty. However, E-Bike Garage is not responsible for damage caused by that service or component.

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Stop using the product immediately if continued use may create a safety risk.

Email support@ebikegarage.shop within the warranty period and provide:

  • Your order number and purchaser name;
  • The product name;
  • Your bike make, model and year;
  • The installation date and relevant installation details;
  • A clear description of the problem; and
  • Photographs or video showing the product and reported defect.

E-Bike Garage may request additional information or reasonable troubleshooting before approving a return. Do not send a product to any address without written return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

5. Warranty Shipping

For a confirmed covered defect, E-Bike Garage will provide the applicable return instructions. Reasonable standard return or replacement shipping must be approved in writing before any cost is incurred. Unapproved, expedited or premium shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

Most orders shipped to the United States are delivered without the customer being asked to pay additional import charges. In the uncommon event that U.S. Customs or the delivery carrier assesses an import duty, customs-clearance fee or related charge, the amount is determined by the relevant authority or carrier. Unless the charge is expressly stated as included at checkout, it may be the recipient’s responsibility.

6. Relationship to the Return Policy

This Limited Warranty is separate from E-Bike Garage’s 30-day return policy. Change-of-mind returns are subject to the eligibility, product-condition, shipping and restocking requirements in the Refund & Return Policy. A defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied product will be handled under the applicable return or warranty procedure.

7. Legal Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights that vary by state or jurisdiction. Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
