A Floating Rotor and Genuine Ultra Bee Hydraulics for the Falcon
The Falcon leaves the factory with a 220mm fixed front rotor, factory pads and a rubber brake line — a combination that works cold and goes long once it is hot. The EBG Front Brake Kit V2 swaps all three, and adds a genuine Sur-Ron Ultra Bee caliper and master cylinder, for a 240 or 250mm floating rotor at 3.5mm.

The gain comes from four changes at once: rotor diameter (220mm up to 240 or 250mm), rotor thickness, pad compound and line stiffness, plus the caliper itself.
Fade Is What You Feel First
Riders rarely complain that the Falcon will not stop — they complain that the lever goes soft near the bottom of a hill and comes back to the bar. That is heat: in the rotor, in the pads, and in fluid pushing against a hose that swells. A thicker floating rotor, a semi-metallic pad and a steel-braided line attack all three at once.

- Brake Kit Only — for a bike that already runs a 240 or 250mm rotor.
- Front Brake Bracket Only — the radial mount bracket on its own, M5 x 45mm.
