Full-Face Rotor Protection for a 73kg Bike
The Arctic Leopard XE Pro S — the Vetra Blazer in some markets — is one of the heavier bikes in this class. This kit gives it a 240 or 250mm floating rotor, a genuine Sur-Ron Ultra Bee caliper and master cylinder and a steel-braided line, behind the closed-face shield guard.
- Closed-face guard — a solid plate over the disc, for rocky ground

What It Replaces on an Arctic Leopard
The factory front rotor is 220mm across and 2.5mm thick, fixed to the hub. This kit takes it to 240 or 250mm at 3.5mm on a floating carrier, for up to 30% more stopping power on a bike whose weight works against its brake. Roughly 9 to 14% is diameter; the rest is pad compound, line stiffness and the caliper.
Genuine Sur-Ron Ultra Bee Hydraulics
The market is full of Ultra Bee caliper and master cylinder copies. They photograph the same and cost less, and the difference is in the piston bores and the seals — which you find out on a steep descent. Every Arctic Leopard / Vetra kit we ship uses genuine Sur-Ron Ultra Bee parts.
