Complete rear brake upgrade for the 79Bike Falcon: genuine Sur-Ron Ultra Bee caliper and master cylinder, 220 or 230 mm floating rotor (3.5 mm) and a one-piece CNC bracket with integrated rotor guard in seven anodised colours. Up to 30% more stopping power than the stock 203 / 220 mm rear brake — bolts to the factory mounts, no fabrication. V1 is the original EBG design at a lower price; V2 adds the 7075 bracket with carbon accents.

More steel in the disc means more heat absorbed before the lever goes long — that is where fade comes from, not lever effort.
V1 or V2?
Same genuine Ultra Bee caliper, master cylinder, pads, line and rotor in both. V1 uses the original one-piece bracket with the rotor guard machined in, in seven colours. V2 moves to a 7075 bracket with carbon-fibre accents and a separate rear rotor guard. If you want the stopping power without the extras, V1 is the value pick.

Fits
Falcon M · Falcon Pro · Falcon GT — M6x54mm. Uses the factory mounting points — no drilling, no adapters. Some frames need 0.5–1.5 mm shim washers behind the caliper for dead-centre alignment; they are cheap and easy to fit.
Why riders swap it
Fade is heat, not effort. A 3.5 mm floating disc holds far more heat than the stock 203 / 220 mm rotor before the lever goes long, and the floating carrier lets it expand without warping. The genuine Ultra Bee caliper and master cylinder give a firm, consistent lever — the same parts Sur-Ron fits to its own bikes, not the copies flooding the market.

Keep pads and rotor free from chain lube and brake fluid — contamination causes noise and is not covered by warranty.
