Frequently asked questions
Can I use the stock mineral-oil caliper?
No. This kit is designed for DOT brake systems. A mineral-oil caliper must be replaced with a DOT-compatible caliper.
Can the hand brake and foot brake work together?
Yes. The supplied dual-input valve is designed to connect both controls to one compatible rear caliper when installed and bled correctly.
How do I select the correct brake line?
Match the option to your rear caliper model and connection size. If you are unsure, send EBG a clear photo of the caliper and banjo connection before ordering.
