Processing Time

Within 1-2 business days after an order is placed, the item will be handed over to the carrier, and the shipping label will be created. Once your package has been picked up by the carrier, you can track its delivery using the following link: https://www.17track.net/en. Please note that orders will not be processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Our goal is to process and ship your orders efficiently. All products are shipped from Vietnam. Depending on the destination and transportation method, delivery times are as follows:

• United States, Canada, Europe (Standard Shipping): 3-5 business days.

• Other Regions (Standard Shipping): 7-10 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or force majeure.

1. Pre-order and customized products are excluded from the standard processing and delivery times. The expected delivery date will be stated in the product description or confirmed during order placement.

2. Ebike Garage is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of goods caused by third-party carriers after the package has been dispatched.

3. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations in Puerto Rico and Alaska.

Shipping Policy for Bulk Orders (Dealership)

For bulk orders, we recommend the following:

• Use your own preferred logistics provider to ensure safe delivery.

• Alternatively, you may pick up the goods from our warehouse in Vietnam.

• If neither option is available, we will arrange shipment with a third-party carrier. However, Ebike Garage will not be liable for any damage, loss, or theft caused by third-party carriers once the goods leave our warehouse.

Third-Party Shipping Processing Time

Spot goods will be handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days of order placement. The carrier will process packages within 2 business days of pick-up. Tracking information will be available through: https://www.17track.net/en.
