We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with all hardware, and in its original packaging.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
• The item is defective or damaged.
• You received the wrong item.
This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
• Sale items.
• Gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Cancellation
All orders are subject to a 5-10% cancellation fee due to transaction and production fees.
Refunds
• Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund was approved or denied.
• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Please note that a restocking fee will be applied.
It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
