Processing Time
Within 1-2 business days after an order is placed, the item will be handed over to the carrier, and the shipping label will be created. Please note that orders will not be processed on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Time
Our goal is to process and ship your orders efficiently. All products are shipped from Vietnam. Depending on the destination and transportation method, delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Policy for Bulk Orders (Dealership)
For bulk orders, we recommend the following:

Use your own preferred logistics provider to ensure safe delivery.

Alternatively, you may pick up the goods from our warehouse in Vietnam.

If neither option is available, we will arrange shipment with a third-party carrier. However, Ebike Garage will not be liable for any damage, loss, or theft caused by third-party carriers once the goods leave our warehouse.
